2025 IEEE CTUS-EMEA: 2025 IEEE Connecting the Unconnected Europe, Middle East, and Africa Regional Summit
The IEEE Connecting the Unconnected Africa Summit 2025 (CTU Africa 25) will be held for the first time in Nigeria at Baze University, Abuja, on November 27-28. Under the theme “Bridging Digital Frontiers: African Solutions for Universal Connectivity,” this pivotal summit serves as a catalyst for inclusive digital growth across the continent. The program features five core tracks: Infrastructure and Technologies; Policy, Regulation, and Financing; Rural and Community-Centric Innovations; Digital Transformation for Sectors such as eHealth and Agriculture; and Regional Cooperation for Cross-Border Initiatives. CTU Africa 25 is a premier forum for researchers, practitioners, and policymakers to share groundbreaking solutions and forge collaborations that will finally connect the unconnected and drive Africa’s digital future.
This conference invites submissions addressing, though not exclusively, the following areas: last mile connectivity innovations, policy and regulatory frameworks, sustainable business models and impact assessment.
