TheDepartment of Archaeology at the University of Bamberginvites you to the ninth international Landscape Archaeology Conference (LAC), which will take place between 18-21 March 2026 in the historical city center of Bamberg (Germany). The LAC provides an excellent opportunity for experts and students of different disciplines to discuss new research on past landscapes. The conference is supported by theInternational Association of Landscape Archaeology.

The event welcomes contributions on a wide range of themes, including but not limited to: archaeology and landscape.
