DESCRIPTION:NOUSis a Horizon Europe–funded initiative that aims to build 
 a federated\, sovereign European cloud ecosystem that seamlessly blends ed
 ge computing\, High-Performance Computing (HPC) networks\, and quantum res
 ources. By enabling compute and storage capability from IoT devices to sup
 ercomputers\, and managing data across the full lifecycle with trust\, pri
 vacy\, and governance\, NOUS empowers researchers\, public organizations\,
  and enterprises to process and share large-scale data workloads across Eu
 rope without dependence on external cloud providers. The project's open-so
 urce architecture\, secure "darknet" overlay\, and interoperability with l
 eading EU initiatives (Gaia-X\, FIWARE\, EOSC\, Data Spaces) make it a cor
 nerstone of Europe's digital sovereignty.\n\nThe event aims to explore a r
 ange of themes\, including the following: high performance computing\, qua
 ntum computing\, data spaces and edge and cloud computing.
