SUMMARY:ICRE 2025: International Conference on Regenerative Ecosystems 2025
DESCRIPTION:Uncertainties\, vulnerabilities\, and inequalities have grown a
 cross all sectors and geographies. The design processes in most ecosystems
 \, whether natural\, indigenous\, rural\, urban\, or industrial\, tend to 
 degenerate despite the best human efforts. Despite convincing scientific e
 vidence of the rising risks of ecological imbalances with visible and pote
 ntial threats in the Anthropocene\, the policy & strategy (in government a
 nd corporations)\, practices (in public and private spaces)\, research (so
 cial\, natural\, & physical sciences) are not adequately responding to the
 se emerging polycrisis. The existing literature on practices\, policies & 
 theories to halt or reverse these degenerative processes may broadly be se
 en from the three dominant frameworks: Circular Economy\, Social & Solidar
 ity Economy\, and Ecological Economics. While the first is focused on Econ
 omics\, the second is focused on Social\, and the third is focused on Ecol
 ogy.\n\nSubmissions will centre on the following themes\, while also consi
 dering additional relevant topics: ecological (biological\, agricultural &
  physical) sciences\, social (relationality & educational) sciences\, poli
 tical (governance & institutional) sciences\, economic (industrial and org
 anizational & management) sciences.
