 i Minh City\, Vietnam. TheUniversity of the East – Coloocan\, Pampanga S
 tate University\, iSpace Cyber Security College\,  and the Mechatronics a
 nd Robotics Society of the Philippines (MRSP) - National Capital Region (N
 CR) and Pampanga Chaptersspearhead the conference in partnership with the 
 Polytechnic University of the Philippines\, FEU Institute of Technology\, 
 Manila\, Philippines\,  the International College of Krirk University\, B
 angkok\, Thailand\, the University of 17 Agustus 1945 (UNTAG) Semarang\, I
 ndonesia\, and the Newton International College\, Kuala Lumpur\, Malaysia.
