DESCRIPTION:ICETES 2026 is an international conference technically sponsore
 d by IEEE and hosted by Al-Ahliyya Amman University\, Jordan. The conferen
 ce is organized by Al-Ahliyya Amman University in collaboration with the C
 ybersecurity Center of the Association of Arab Universities. Accepted and 
 presented papers will be published in IEEE Xplore and submitted for indexi
 ng in Scopus. ICETES 2026 provides a distinguished forum for the dissemina
 tion of high-quality research across diverse technology and engineering di
 sciplines. The conference brings together researchers\, academicians\, ind
 ustry practitioners\, engineers\, and postgraduate scholars from around th
 e world to engage in scholarly dialogue and exchange of expertise. It emph
 asizes recent developments in emerging technologies and advanced engineeri
 ng systems\, highlighting their role in fostering innovation\, strengtheni
 ng cybersecurity and resilience\, and advancing sustainable socio-technica
 l progress. Through rigorous academic contributions and collaborative enga
