DESCRIPTION:ICCC is initiated in 2015. It is co-sponsored by Sichuan Instit
 ute of Electronics\, hosted by Southwest Jiaotong University\, University 
 of Electronic Science and Technology of China\, Sichuan University\, Cheng
 du University of Technology\, Chengdu University of Information Technology
 \, etc. As annual conference\, it will be held in Chengdu every year\, whe
 re more than 500 attendees from 12 countries all around the world have tak
 en part. 2025 the 11th International Conference on Computer and Communica
 tions (ICCC) will be held in Chengdu\, China once again on December 12-15\
 , 2025. On behalf of the Organizing Committee\, we warmly invite you\, Co
 mputer and Communications scientist\, engineer or technician\, graduate st
 udent\, or simply interested by the technique\, to take part in this uniqu
 e and innovative conference with your enthusiasm to develop\, your desire
