 bstantially duplicate work that any of the authors have published elsewher
 e or have submitted in parallel to any other conferences that have proceed
 ings or any journal. The submission must be anonymous\, with no author nam
 es\, affiliations\, acknowledgements\, or obvious references. Papers must 
 be clearly presented in English\, Please ensure that your papers are in th
 e single-column LNCS format\, with full papers between 12 to 15 pages\, an
 d short papers and poster papers no less than 6 pages. All submissions mus
 t be received by 11:59 PM AoE (UTC-12) on the day of the corresponding dea
