DESCRIPTION:The IEEE Connecting the Unconnected Africa Summit 2025 (CTU Afr
 ica 25) will be held for the first time in Nigeria at Baze University\, Ab
 uja\, on November 27-28. Under the theme "Bridging Digital Frontiers: Afri
 can Solutions for Universal Connectivity\," this pivotal summit serves as 
 a catalyst for inclusive digital growth across the continent. The program 
 features five core tracks: Infrastructure and Technologies\; Policy\, Regu
 lation\, and Financing\; Rural and Community-Centric Innovations\; Digital
  Transformation for Sectors such as eHealth and Agriculture\; and Regional
  Cooperation for Cross-Border Initiatives. CTU Africa 25 is a premier foru
 m for researchers\, practitioners\, and policymakers to share groundbreaki
 ng solutions and forge collaborations that will finally connect the unconn
 ected and drive Africa’s digital future.\n\nThis conference invites subm
 issions addressing\, though not exclusively\, the following areas: last mi
 le connectivity innovations\, policy and regulatory frameworks\, sustainab
 le business models and impact assessment.
